We ship from Brisbane, Australia. All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 5 business days.
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- International shipping available: rates calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Caps, pins, books and sticker pack sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty.
To start a return, email us at secretary@britishaustraliancommunity.com.au with your order number and reason.
Faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, get in touch within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.
